The Difference Between Jelqing For Length and Jelqing For Girth

Jelqing is a form of natural penis enlargement that has been used by men in the Middle East for over 5000 years. The basic principle of Jelqing is to create a separation between the cells of the penile tissues so that new cells can form in the created space.

This technique has been used in the Arabic world for hundreds of generations. The endowment of the men in a family is very important due to the large role that masculinity and male dominance play in the Arabic world.

The size of your penis is considered to be an indicator of your masculinity and power; size in this case most definitely matters and larger is better as it will lead to you being more widely respected.

Jelqing is usually taught to sons by their fathers from a very early age and is very effective in producing a large, heavy, flaccid penis and an incredibly hard erection that is extremely thick and impressively long.

You can perform Jelqing exercises in the privacy and comfort of your home just as Arabic men have done for centuries. All you need is a good oil-based lubricant and the capability of steam heating a soft flannel cloth large enough to cover your manhood.

There are two primary methods to Jelqing - to Jelq for length and to Jelq for girth. Arabic fathers show their sons how to use both techniques interchangeably as well as in combination to get the largest most powerful penis possible.

Jelqing Basics

The basics are relatively simple, you start with a semi-erect member that has been relaxed by being wrapped in a warm cloth for a few minutes and then firmly stretched for a period of 45-60 seconds.

The organ is then massaged to a semi-erect state of at least 50% but less than 80%. You should Jelq for five to 10 minutes at a time and then allow your organs to calm down under the warm cloth before continuing. Do not perform more than three procedures over the course of an hour and not more than one hour per day.

Alternately, you may choose to perform a mini Jelq session during the day and another more intense session at night before bed.

Using a finger circle (the OK sign) start at the base of your penis and pull up toward the head with a bit of pressure to force more blood into the tissues. Repeat with the other hand in a continuous motion.

Each pull on your penis should last for less than 3 seconds and no more than five seconds; as with any exercise this is best done in a slow and controlled manner.

Although masturbation is an important part of the overall Jelqing procedure you should never ejaculate while Jelqing and should avoid, if possible, ejaculating during your masturbation for full erection sessions throughout the day. These mini sessions should last no more than a couple of minutes and should be mild.

Different Techniques for Different Goals

When Jelqing for length is performed with the basic technique you should be only mildly erect around 40-50%.

You should perform the motion straight down and put more stress on the ligaments at the base of the penis.

When Jelqing for girth makes yourself harder - around 80% of full erection. You want more pressure on the erectile chambers than on the ligaments and base tissues.

You also may want to use the V technique instead of the finger circle.

Make a V with your fingers and place it on the penis base, then cup your free hand under the organ and move both hands toward the head of the penis. Repeat with reversed hands.

Try to perform these V exercises for as long as you can, but if you start to grow harder than 90% stop and relax. If you feel yourself starting to generate semen stop for the night and Jelq no more until the next day.
