Jelqing For Girth With V-Jelqs

Jelqing as a means of manual penis enlargement has really become very popular these days. It is free, safe, and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

Jelqing - the basics

This exercise, as you probably encountered, consists of "milking" the penis at a semi-erect state, with an index finger-thumb grip (What we call the OK-sign). The grip is done at the base of the penis and slowly pulled towards the glans, one pull lasting for about three to four seconds. 

This is called a basic jelq and is often the foundation of every good penis enlargement schedule. There are however many variations of this penis enlargement exercise some promote length gains, and some are too jelqing for girth. 

Fortunately for you, I have experimented with jelqing variations for several years, and am happy to share them with you.

Jelqing for length

The basics of length jelqing exercises are to maximize the stretch that is put to one part the tunica of the penis and on another part the ligament that leaps through it. This means that the penis should be less erect, maybe at 50-60% (Whereas basic jelqing is done around 70% erect state). 

This makes the spongy tissue less stiff and thus allows the ligaments and the tunica to stretch more. They should also be done straight down, as this put more stress on the ligaments attached at the base of your penis.

Jelqing for girth

When you are jelqing for girth, there are other factors to take into consideration. For girth gains, you want to put more pressure on the chamber walls than on ligaments. This is done by jelqing at a more erect state, around 80-85% erection.

A really effective technique you can use for penis girth growth is to vary the girth jelqing described above with something I like to call "V-jelqing". 

These are done by forming a stiff V with your index finger and middle finger and pressing this V to the base of your penis. 

Cup your other hand under your penis, and push both hands towards the base of the glans. Each jelq Is 3-4 seconds and is repeated with reversed hands. The V-jelq is done in about 85-90% erection.

When combining these two girth exercises, you are REALLY jelqing for girth. An added bonus with the V-jelq is that the penis veins will be more defined, both directly after a workout and permanently on a further basis.
