3 Easy Penis Enhancement Exercises That Will Show Results in 2 Weeks

There are so many penis enhancement exercise programs out there it is very difficult to know which ones actually work and which ones just relieve you of your hard-earned cash.

The final exercise is jelqing. You have two options here either dry jelqing or wet jelqing ( water & soap). If you suffer a little from premature ejaculation I would stick to the dry method as the object of this exercise is to grow your penis and not to ejaculate.

Firstly hold your penis with the O hold as discussed in the basic stretch but this time start at the base of the penis. Slowly move your hand up to the head of the penis and squeeze firmly and then return your hand to the base of your penis.

Repeat this exercise between 30-40 times and then stop for the day. This exercise forces blood along the penis shaft and after 2 weeks will start to show good results.
