Top 5 Kegel Exercises to Stop Premature Ejaculation

1. Clamping Exercise

With this exercise, you simply contract the PC muscle and hold it for 2-3 seconds. The PC muscle is the muscle that you use to stop your flow in the middle of urination. After the 2-3 seconds, release and relax for 5-6 seconds. Then repeat the contraction for another 2-3 seconds. 

Repeat this cycle for 20-25 repetitions on a daily basis. The great thing about this exercise is that it can be done anywhere since there is nothing exposed.

2. The Squeeze

Very much like the clamping exercise above except you will be holding the contraction for a longer period of time, like 10-12 seconds. You will still release and relax for 5-6 seconds before the next contraction. 

You will probably struggle to hold the contraction for 10-12 seconds the first couple of times when performing this exercise. Don't panic and quit. It takes some time to master this amount of time. Like the clamping exercise, perform 20-25 repetitions daily.

3. The Stair Stepper

This incorporates the above 2 exercises in the sense that you will be varying the amount of time of the contractions. The first contraction you want to hold for 2-3 seconds. 

Release and relax for 5-6 seconds and then contract for 5-6 seconds. Release and relax for 5-6 seconds and then contract for 10-12 seconds. Release and relax for 5-6 seconds and then contract for 15-17 seconds, and so on, up to 30 seconds. Complete 10 repetitions of this exercise daily.

4. The Flutter Build

Start contracting your PC muscle in a manner where you increase the contraction pressure in a slow manner. You build the pressure up gradually. Then hold it for as long as you can and then release the pressure in an equally gradual amount of time. 

Don't panic if you feel some tingling in the genitals. This is a sign of weak PC muscles and will disappear with a short amount of time.

5. Push Outs

With this exercise you actually do just the opposite of the contractions in the above exercises. Now you will actually be pushing with your abdomen muscles as if you were trying to force yourself to urinate. 

Be careful not to strain too hard. Hold the push for 5-6 seconds and release and relax for 5-6 seconds. Perform 15-20 of these daily.
