Ouch! That’s My Penis — Part 1 — Reducing Penile Desensitivity During Penile Exercising

Many men are interested in enlarging their penises and some utilize exercises to try and increase their penile size. These “exercises” are done via manipulation of the tissues in the penis (primarily) to encourage its growth. This “manipulation” is typically done via hand to penis contact.

Since a strain has to be applied to these tissues to create a change in their structure (i.e. increase in girth), then it’s clear that if such exercises are performed improperly that penile-tissue damage can result. A much better approach is to utilize a condom during such acts. A condom will act as another layer of “skin” and help restrict the amount of friction applied to the receptors in the sensitive dermal layers of the penis.

Any time any abrasion forms on your penis from such intense friction and strain, please stop all forms of penile exercising and stimulation to allow the skin to heal properly. Damaged skin (through abrasions that can lead to scarring) will inevitably cause irreversible penile desensitization.

Always remember to give your penis plenty of time to heal between your “exercise” sessions. Never be in a rush. If one approaches exercising too often, the cells that are trying to re-establish themselves in a different functional array will never get the chance and your exercises will not only be for naught but will also have negative results.

Again, your main focus should be in NOT causing any irreversible damage while exercising your penis. Many men get excited about the prospect of enlarging themselves and can lose sight of this most important aspect of enlargement in their haste to try to create a bigger penis.

Again, it’s hardly going to be worthwhile if your penis is damaged and its functionality or sensitivity is compromised in the process. Once it is damaged, it’s going to be damaged for good.
