- Do a milking motion by pulling your right hand up toward the head of the penis.
- As soon as your right hand reaches the head, bring it back again to the base. Repeat the milking motion. When you bring the okay sign to the base do not slide it down. Doing so will stimulate blood to flow back. Instead, loosen the grip a little bit and bring it immediately to the base.
- Do the jelqing exercise for about five minutes every day.
You can also do the Kegel exercises to enlarge your penis. Here are the steps you should follow.
- Identify your PC muscles. These are the muscles that you usually use if you want to control the flow of urine.
- Sit up straight and relax your muscles.
- Tighten your PC muscles for approximately ten seconds. After ten seconds relax for the same length of time.
- Rest for some 30 seconds.
- Tighten your PC muscles again but this time extend it for 30 seconds while taking slow deep breaths.
- Relax your PC muscles for the same length of time. Take slow deep breaths as you do this.
- Do steps 5 and 6 three times.
